Good movie, though I like Will Smith so I'm kind of biased.
It's a unique perspective of a superhero. Think of Superman not giving a damn

Pfft Hancock was a really good film, because it was different.
If your picky enough to pick holes in it, then you'll pick holes in anything, just sit back and enjoy the ride, because it's fun.

Is it anything like the fifteen minutes in Superman 3 where Superman basically walks around doing whatever he wants and getting drunk? Because those were the greatest fifteen minutes in cinema histroy.

Yes, Angel. That is what it's like.
Hancock being drunk and not giving a damn

Enjoyed the first half immensely, some very good gags and visuals, Will Smith showing why he's a good actor...then the story takes on a plot twist (not gonna spoil it) that just made me ask why they did that. It was just an odd plot device they inserted with no real reason I can see other than to make the film last a little longer.
All in all, however, I can at least say I got my money's worth, and Will Smith needs to be in a few more films (just not like Bad Boys or Hitch).

I saw it with my Girlfriend on Monday, and I really enjoyed it. It is indeed a unique superhero film. Not just cuz the guy is a douche, but because it sorta gives a different way for powers to be acquired, etc. I did spot a few plot holes, but knowing this'll sell about the same as MIB, they'll probably do a sequel to fill in those blanks ANYWAY. Plus Will Smith is gold in just about any action/comedy and he can polish ANY turd, especially Wild Wild West(I honestly liked that one a lot, myself, but I'm just saying based on most people I know's opinions of it)
