Yes...they replaced Layne...YES it is still good. www.aliceinchains.com/and just the song: The vid to Looking in View is on the opening page of the site, I warn you, 18+ only there is nudity in the vid. You may never see it on MTV, Fuse, VH1, or whatever channel plays music vids for rock, but it's a pretty sweet vid that goes with the song. September 29th, 17 years after Dirt comes the new album. I hope I can get it...I really do

The dude, kinda sounds like Layne, but you can tell the difference, and it throws me off.

He's a bit lower pitch than Layne, but to me it sounds a bit creepier that it's lower pitch by just a tad. And yeah, my favorite songs by AIC are not singles such as Frogs, Nothin Song, Nutshell and Right Turn.

The new singer has been around for a while actually. Saw them live when I was 15 when they toured with Metallica and Avenged Sevenfold. They sounded great, but there never will be another Layne, period.

Well I love AIC, they are my favorite band. that being said this song (which is being pushed as the single) sounds like a filler song from the previous albums. Which can't bode well for the rest of the tracks.

Should have let the band die, I mean they haven't released an album in 14 years and now they decide to?
Cantrells solo career must not have been doing so well, eh?

Cantrells solo career must not have been doing so well, eh? *Slap* Look at the Eagles, they didn't do anything for 14 years, and then they had the most successful tour of the band's existence. The new AIC album will be great.

The lead members of The Eagles are still alive, though. Layne is dead RIP 2002
I'm willing to give this a chance, but its not Alice in Chains without Layne. It's kind of Alice-lite...and I'm cool with that.

Listen to the lyrics, the riffs...same kinda creepy evil riffs and lyrics they had before...just a different guy with a slightly lower vocal tone singin it. It's like Dio era Sabbath....same riffs, different singer.

It just feels like they're trying to be Alice in Chains instead of actually being Alice in Chains....like the song posted up there. I agree with Nathan it sounds like a filler track, but even filler tracks from AIC where good. This song had no...what is the word here...soul?

Trust me, I knowt his. Mob Rules, Heaven and Hell, Dehumanizer...all Sabbath albums. It wasn't until Ozzy wanted "Only Ozzy Fronted Sabbath" to tour with that name...and yeah...I know it wasn't even Ozzy that did it but $haron cuz of...well...monetary reasons.

I didn't think a lot of people here were gay for Alice in Chains... WELL I AM! Grunge FTW! And NOT Nirvana...Vert can kill me if he wants but Nirvana is overrated...Soundgarden, AIC were much better.

STP is definitely the best of the "Top five Grunge" bands...But the top 5's aren't even the best grunge bands at all.
