The scene opens up in an almost unknown location to the nCw cameras. The cameras barely made their way up to Anchorage, Alaska, where William Spencer lived with his son…the two were up at the park at the time, while there was a lot of fog on this particular day -- you could barely see twenty feet in front of you. On the swing was his son, Aaron, as William sat back on the bench and just watched his son at play for a few moments before turning his attention to the camera and starting to speak.
His voice seemed kind of aggravated over the loss that he and Terminus suffered, due to Dirty Deal. Sitting forward, he put his hands together while glancing over to his son to make sure he was still playing safely then turned back towards the camera giving it his full attention while he continued.
Short pause. William Spencer had stopped to get his thoughts back together, thinking about the fact that Curtis had mentioned them both to be jokes…a drunk, and a man in a mask…he shook his head a little while sitting back on the bench and putting his arm across the top.
A smile came to his face, a big grin while he dreamt of walking out of the upcoming pay-per-view as a champion. His first pay-per-view event in nCw.
He stood up from the bench and started to walk away from the playground a little. Not too far, as he was still slowly walking.
Turning his attention back towards his son, he made sure that he was still playing at the playground and wasn’t on his way over to him. Considering the next thing that popped into his mind, he didn’t want his son to necessarily hear it.
He started to walk towards the playground as the scene fades.
“What happened last night was a big mistake on the part of Dirty Deal! They cost Terminus and I are first match together…as a team!”

“Over the last forty-eight hours, I’ve been beating myself over the head to try and figure out just why they would get themselves interfered in a match that doesn’t really involve them…I mean, seriously, what ever happened to friendly competition? Fighting each other for the good of the sport? No, not you. That’s fine with me…you see, you just got Terminus and I angry. Those belts that both of you hold -- we just want them even more than ever before!
Both of you can come around all the way you want, but there’s something about the both of you that is not about us…we live in the present, and we are legends in the business that we’ve helped create! Both of you, you live in the past. Not the past where came from, the past being the time that we used to bring this industry up to how big it is…but the past of…twentieth century. Mid twentieth century. Hell, you could even go back into the nineteenth century! Do you know what happened during that time? The Civil War. Neither one of you should be in that ring, you should be getting sued, and in jail for discrimination.”

“A monkey? A monkey?! Sure, it’s a cute monkey. Can’t take that away. It’s still a monkey! You’re complaining about Terminus wearing a mask, and me having an occasional alcoholic beverage, when you guys are carrying around a monkey? Jumping people from behind? What else is going to happen?
Sure, everybody can look at Terminus…everybody can look at me…we aren’t the most ideal team in the history of professional wrestling. We don’t walk around wearing matching spandex. I know, we can’t call ourselves a team without it…
There’s something very amusing about that, though. Do you want to know what’s amusing? I’ll go ahead and tell you: This Sunday, at Road To The Gold, we’re going to be able to call ourselves the New Championship Wrestling Tag-team Champions!”

“When Road To The Gold comes up, Dirty Deal, both of you have to understand that there’s going to be a big difference from Collision and Road To The Gold. That difference is going to be that we’re going to see both of you coming! We’re going to be able to rightfully defend ourselves this time around, and run all over both of you, and there’s certain things that both of you have that we don’t necessarily have…a manager. I mean, sure, Natalie Snow may be at ringside for us…but I don’t know her. She’s not my manager. She’s his manager. We don’t have a locker room where we can monitor the other doing their squats and shout obscenities at each other to truly urge the other to keep going and get better! Sh*t, we don’t even have a special handshake. None of that is going to matter when we hop into that ring and team with each other for the second time. It’ll be probably one of the biggest surprises in nCw history. In the history of the industry, perhaps.
Two wrestlers…two that fought each other in their very first match in their respective organization! In this case, it’s New Championship Wrestling. Both said wrestlers would then go into a triple threat of their own, against four men that they’ve never wrestled before…in this case, it’s Nick Logan, Freakke, JFK, and Fergus Callaghan. Both of these competitors, though, they win! They earn the right to team together, and go after the nCw Tag-team Championships.
Their first time teaming together, they start to work out some of the kinks…they’ve never worked as a team, though they know what the other is capable of doing -- now it’s their time to figure out how they can take what one has to offer, and add it to what the other has to offer, to create something…GREAT! They weren’t successful, though. Not in their first match.
That’s where the surprise comes…the surprise is that they team together the next week in the actual match that they earned. The world has seen us in that ring and saw that we weren’t successful, and we can say it all we want that it was simply because the Tag-team Champions got their noses into our match and cost us the match. We both know that all that really matters is who walks out with the win at the end, not how they won, but who won. The team loses their first team match together…but they go on the next week to go into their actual match! And surprise! New Tag-team Champions!”

“I’m not saying we’re going to try to defeat you two for the belts. I’m saying that we are going to defeat you two for the belts! What you did on Collision completely crossed the line by attacking us…and the fans, Dirty Deal, even Terminus…everyone is going to wonder just what the hell they’ve seen when I get into that ring! It’s time to rewind time, back to the time where…yes, I was unsuccessful, but I was still in that main event picture which is something more than you were able to do.”
Turning his attention back towards his son, he made sure that he was still playing at the playground and wasn’t on his way over to him. Considering the next thing that popped into his mind, he didn’t want his son to necessarily hear it.
“As far as my EX-wife goes, you both should mind your business. Yes, over in the other company she became a lot more successful than I was…she also became a lot more successful than you, if you don’t recall. What were you? Hardcore Champion? Tag-team Champion? European Champion? Well, let’s keep in mind that you completely gave up your singles career to advance your tag-team career…which is fine. You weren’t that great. Over in that other organization, as I said, I was in the main event picture. In numerous organizations, I was a champion. The ones that mattered the most to me is where I stumbled. The ‘other’ organization, as you call it. I’m still new to New Championship Wrestling, but it’s time for this career to be renewed…refreshed. What you saw from me at the other organization while I was the main event…that’s going to be nothing compared to now. Now…I will be one-half of the Tag-team Champions.
My career, my life…has been rejuvenated by signing the contract with New Championship Wrestling. It’s bad news for the two of you…it’s great news for Terminus. We’re going to get those belts, and then I’m going to give him that beer I promised.”
