Wait... So... was that a "no?" Because I'm just a little damn confused right now and I think perhaps the fans watching this may be too, so if you'd kindly explain your position on the whole "join the Forgotten" thing, that'd be just great. Don't worry. I'll wait...
Alright, I'm sick of waiting. You know what you little idiot? You had a chance here, a chance to be apart of the future of this company. A chance to stand with THREE OF THE BEST WRESTLERS YOU WILL EVER COME ACROSS!
Spike Kane, a hall of fame wrestler, former world champion and the GOD OF XTREME.
Falcon, the world champion and easily the HARDEST WORKING MAN IN THE BUSINESS TODAY.
Then theres me, and I think we all know exactly how awesome I am.
You had a chance to join us Seth, you had chance to stand among the greats of this business, you had a chance to be remembered, not for what you say but for what you do, because each of us, like you, have busted our asses to get what we have. Sure, we all took different roads, but we all wound up in the same place. Spike battled in the land of xtreme his whole career, proving you can make a name for yourself by doing things that are really stupid in retrospect, to other people. Falcon, and your gonna nut over this, he got to the top by doing exactly what your doing; at first. You see, Falcon reached a breaking point, when nCw continued to pass him over for the next flavor of the month after damn near two years of fighting his hand was forced and he took what he wanted, not because it was offered, but because he earned it.
You pegged me pretty good Seth, I'll do what I have to do to win. It really doesn't make a difference to me anymore. You see Seth, I've listened to people my whole career tell me I use Chris to get ahead. MY WHOLE CAREER! And do you know why? Not because he's the GM, no, it's because he was a wrestler first. And not just any old wrestler, he was a legend in his own right. And I had to live up to that, I had to be better than that. And after a year and half of being nCw's resident punch line... I SNAPPED!
Maybe you don't like it, but you don't have to like it Seth. I never asked for your approval, I didn't ask you to be my partner and I didn't ask if we could be friends. All I asked of you was to just stop, take a look around and realize that you've been spinning your wheels since you walked in the door. Your not going anywhere Seth. The only reason you even got this match is because I took an interest in you. Because I thought it was funny that you'd seclude yourself from your home over my title. Because I thought you were a perfect fit. I thought I could break you. I thought I could make you understand what I came to understand. I thought you were like me.
But obviously... We're nothing alike.
Your bound and determined to fight your way to the top the "right" way. I do respect your heart Seth but I've gotta tell you something, there will always be a Rob Diamond to cut your legs out from under you and piss all over your good mood.
( Rob Diamond stands next to a railing over looking one of God's greatest creations, Niagara Falls. A half smile on his face and a coffee in his hands, Rob looks down into the water, the falls are directly in front of him. )
Rob: I'm gonna be honest, you guys definitely have the better view.
( Rob turns around to face the camera. )
Rob: I'm guessing you know where I am, don't you Seth? No place like home, right buddy? Thing is, you probably know that better than any of us, because you can't go home again. Not now and after Sunday, not ever.
( The Diamond smirks a devilish little grin as the wheels turn in his head. )
Rob: And the way I see it, I'm doing you a favor Seth. I know, I know, your trying to think of a way to thank me, save it, I'm not finished yet. You got a good thing going for you right now Seth. Some hot bitch is letting you hold up in her nice AMERICAN digs all the while your working for a nice AMERICAN company enjoying our COMPANY'S insurance and not your national health insurance. Think about it like this, if you still lived in this wannabe country, you'd be insured by Canada. Right? And what would happen, say after a certain Xtreme American Dream snaps one of your spindly little arms like a twig?
( Rob pretends to ponder the point he's already made in his mind. )
Rob: I'll tell you what would happen. You'd go to the Emergency room, take a number and in about six to eight MONTHS they'd take a look at that arm and be like "Yeah, its broken, so?" And you'd be SOL my friend. But now, thanks to Jimmy Zane, and soon thanks to me, you get to live off of nCw's insurance, you get to enjoy America's fine hospitals and excellent doctors. Because of your impending failure this Sunday to be a man, your going to get to live out the rest of your days as an American Immigrant.
( Rob leans right into the camera lens. )
Rob: Your welcome.
( Mr. Diamond takes a few steps to his right, grabbing a seat on a bench that the Canadians were so kind to build near the water. )
Rob: Honestly, it's my pleasure to usher you along in the decision making process. I'm sure it's not easy giving up your family, friends and girl, but really, which one of those does money not buy? Family maybe? But even then, when your a fat bloated American scarfing down Micky D's, living off your sweet nCw pay check, family comes crawling out of the wood work for a piece of that proverbial pie.
( Diamond finishes up his coffee and just tosses it on the ground. )
Rob: However Seth, there is something I'm worried about. Most people, during pay per view week, like to air out their dirty laundry all over my tv screen and I realized something, you've never really aired out anything. In fact the only times I've seen your girl friend on tv are when your telling her to go away. Now that just isn't right Seth. You can't push your lady away, even if it is for this business. God knows if someone ever caught my heart like she allegedly caught yours, I'd do anything and everything to keep her by my side. Yet you, for some reason, have done nothing but push her away. Be it through stupid promises you could never keep to a worthless country or literally just telling her to go away for a minute.
( Rob checks his watch and looks over to where we started this promo. )
Rob: Long story short, I consider you a friend Seth and when I saw you self destructing... Well I decided to take action.
( A pretty young lady walks up to the railing where Rob had been. Rob looks over his shoulder again and smiles. )
Rob: I mean, if your too busy to tap that ass every now and again, then I'd be happy to FILL in for you... GET IT? FILL IN! You get it. Well anyway, see you around pal... But hey, do us a favor and don't call tonight, we're gonna be way too busy to answer the phone and laugh at your pitiful ass.
( Rob jumps up out off his seat, crushing his cup in the process. He struts up behind the young lady and wraps an arm around her shoulder, turning her, the two share a very intimate kiss. The camera tries to pan in and catch her face but the pair turn their backs to the camera before it can and walk away. Fade to Black. )
You think you know me
You don’t know ****
I’ve seen the world through your eyes
And it makes me sick
I question all of your answers
They’re f*ckin' lies
I won’t conform to your system
I’d rather die
I burn it down
